Client reviews

Don’t just take our word for it.

Real words from the athletes and active people who recover with us.

It is the best center for sports massage and stretches, and they have the facilities to support wellness and recovery, such as cryo and floating therapy. I have been a regular member for over two years now; once you start, it’s very addictive because it works, and you feel the difference and the ability of your body.

Hussein BelalMember for over two years

Nuwandi’s active stretching and cryotherapy have been a game changer for my recovery after Barry’s workouts. Her techniques relieve tension, reduce soreness, and leave me refreshed. The whole reSTART team, including the reception for smooth scheduling, is amazing. Highly recommend!

Manuel gave an excellent sports deep tissue massage and broke all the knots and heaviness of my back caused by constant workouts and weightlifting. I also had compression therapy, highly recommended for those who need recovery for their legs. Overall, I liked my experience and will definitely be back.
