At this stage, you\u2019ll be revisiting our Recovery Specialists for an additional Recovery Session to look through your report and answer any questions you may have, as well as offer suggestions for your recovery journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHEN SHOULD IT BE DONE?<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The short answer? Anytime. Our assessment was made to be as inclusive as possible, to consider a diverse range of people regardless of athletic prowess. The goal of this assessment is performance enhancement and injury prevention. If you are a professional athlete, this assessment could benefit you by marking areas of improvement and avoiding over-training. If you\u2019re a complete beginner with a bad case of choice overload, this assessment can help you get started on reasonable and safe fitness goals \u2013 we don\u2019t judge! You also have the option to get reassessed every four months and track your progress, see if there are any areas you could improve upon and optimize your fitness routine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I DON\u2019T EVEN WORK OUT, WHY SHOULD I DO THIS?<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The world of fitness can be overwhelming \u2013 we get it!
